IQ Resource Group is seeking a Sanitation Specialist for a local food production company in Appleton, WI. This role focuses on cleaning equipment and production areas to maintain a high standard of sanitation.

Salary starts at $20/hour with evening and weekend hours (5pm–1:30am Tue–Fri; 1pm–9:30pm Sat). Benefits are not listed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must have reliable attendance.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, pull and push repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from supervisor for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
• Use safety equipment with caustic chemicals as needed.
• Coordinate with team to organize responsibilities.
• Clean dough from machinery and equipment.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize pots, pans, bowls, machinery, conveyors, and ovens.
• Degrease equipment as scheduled.
• Mop, deck brush, and squeegee floors during wash downs.
• Use cleaning chemicals appropriately per assignment.
• Clean ceilings, pipes, and other non-production areas as needed.
