We are currently seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for people and exceptional customer experiences to lead our Downtown Ottawa coffeehouse. The Coffeehouse Manager will educate, support, and train their team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring our customers consistently enjoy unique, ethically traded products in a comfortable, community-centered environment.
