Job summary

Banff Lodging Co. in Banff, Alberta, is seeking skilled cocktail bartenders to craft and serve classic and modern cocktails while delivering a warm, knowledgeable guest experience.

You’ll guide guests through drink and menu recommendations, maintain a well-stocked bar, and collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. We offer housing assistance, growth opportunities, and a supportive team in a beautiful Banff location.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail bartending experience required.
• Valid ProServe certification required.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Confident, personable, and knowledgeable when engaging with guests.
• Passion for quality, creativity, flavour, and presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
