Job summary

Viking Sports in Calgary, Canada is seeking a dedicated coach to lead youth sessions and help implement our sports curriculum. You will inspire kids, communicate with parents, and contribute to a positive program experience.

The role includes coaching duties, customer service, and mentoring new coaches to uphold our standards and curriculum across all programs.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, confident, and a vocal role model for kids.
• Experience coaching or leading youth sports is preferred.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
• Ability to teach and train new coaches.

Responsibilities

• Coaching kids during practices and games.
• Communicating with parents about participation and progress.
• Delivering excellent customer service to families.
