Job summary

Reflector Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a reliable Co-Pack Associate (Warehouse) for the afternoon shift (Mon–Fri, 4pm–12am) in Cambridge.

You will inspect products, repack materials, and support fast-paced warehouse operations with a focus on safety and quality. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform physical lifting, teamwork and clear communication, plus following specification sheets and safety procedures while operating pump trucks and walkie/stackers when

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labour.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and specification sheets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pump trucks and walkie/stackers.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for damage and perform quality checks.
• Repack items into shippers, displays, or repalletize products as per sheets.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse and team environment.
• Escalate non-routine issues to the Supervisor.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and safety.
• Perform manual labour including hand-loading, packing, wrapping pallets, and moving materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, balers, and walkie/stackers safely.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
