Job summary

Reflector Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a reliable Co-Pack Associate (Warehouse) for the afternoon shift (Mon–Fri, 4pm–12am) in Cambridge.

You will inspect products, repack materials, and support fast-paced warehouse operations with a focus on safety and quality. • Previous warehouse experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for damage and perform quality checks.
• Repack items into shippers, displays, or repalletize products as per sheets.

• Escalate non-routine issues to the Supervisor.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and safety.
• Perform manual labour including hand-loading, packing, wrapping pallets, and moving materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, balers, and walkie/stackers safely.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse (Co Pack) Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, repacking materials, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products for damage and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Repack items into shippers, displays, or repalletize products according to specification sheets.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and team-oriented environment.
• Escalate non-routine conflicts, issues, or operational concerns to the Supervisor.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes, workplace safety, and productivity.
• Perform manual labour tasks including hand-loading products onto tables, packing, wrapping pallets, and moving materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, balers, and walkie/stackers safely and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with Warehouse Associates and other team members.
