Job summary

Penske Logistics Canada Ltd. in Woodstock, ON is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious team. You will operate electric counterbalance trucks, stage and load products, and prepare shipments while maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience with counterbalance trucks required.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking, organizational skills, flexibility and time management are required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (where applicable by location)
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Operating electric counterbalance trucks.

• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Quality control.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Maintains inventory records.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.

Counterbalance truck experience required. Candidate must be able to pass an equipment test. All machines at this location are sit-down, electric Toyota counterbalance trucks.

Multiple Shifts:

-First 90 days will work on afternoon shift, then will be placed on scheduled shift

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:45PM-1:45AM

Pay: $25.40 per hour

Major Responsibilities:
