Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc is seeking a Co-Pack Planner to coordinate and execute co-pack SKUs across the Canadian portfolio. You will develop supply and production plans that balance demand with inventory, capacity, and service levels while leveraging SAP IBP and SAP PPDS for scheduling.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, scheduling, or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing production schedules and managing capacity constraints using SAP PPDS or comparable ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP preferred. Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain co-pack supply plans in SAP IBP based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
• Create and optimize detailed production schedules in SAP PPDS to maximize capacity utilization and service levels.
• Convert supply plans into production orders and release them to co-pack partners based on inventory availability.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing demand and shortages.
• Lead weekly co-pack planning meetings to review schedules and address constraints.
• Analyze and communicate insights related to inventory, capacity, and performance.
• Support launches, transitions, and promotions with cross-functional teams.
