Job summary

This hands-on role requires an undergrad in Mechanical or Mechatronics, some lab experience, and a knack for troubleshooting, safety, and teamwork. You will document procedures, results, and help improve testing processes in Svante’s Lean culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Entry-level hands-on lab/test facility experience.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, control automation, and data acquisition.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, communication, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support design, fabrication, calibration, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical test equipment.
• Execute tests per established procedures, delivering accurate data to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain documentation for test equipment, procedures, results and data.
• Contribute to improvements in testing efficiency and safety practices.
