E.S. Fox Limited in Niagara Falls, ON is seeking a Winter term Business Development Co-op Student to support the team on administrative tasks and project documentation. You will help with document control, submissions, and qualification systems, while gaining exposure to marketing activities.

Enrollment in a post-secondary program and strong MS Office skills are required. This on-site role offers hands-on experience in the Business Development department for Winter 2027.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business/Commerce, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Graphic software (Photoshop, Canva) an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with clerical needs and document creation/revisions.

  • Maintain online qualification systems for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with tradeshow activities as required.

The Niagara Falls, ON office is looking for a Business Development Co-op Student to join the Business Development team for the winter term starting January 2027.

Summary of the Role

Reporting to the Director of Business Development and the Business Development and Strategic Growth Manager, the Business Development Co-op Student will assist the team with any on-going projects and will be responsible for administrative functions within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with clerical needs and document creation and/or revisions.
  • Assist with submissions and project document control.
  • Assist with the maintenance of online qualification systems for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with tradeshow activities, as required.
  • Assist with initiatives including marketing material, social media, website updates, media kits, etc.
  • Support other Business Development initiatives, as required.
Key Requirements, Experience And Skills
  • Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business/Commerce, Communications, or Marketing.

  • Working ability in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Solid communication (both verbal and written) and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in the use of graphical software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is an asset.
