Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an entry-level Co-Op in SH&E Data, Reporting & Systems to learn and contribute to data analysis, reporting, and governance across the SH&E function. You'll work with IT and cross-functional teams to turn data into informed decisions that impact safety, compliance, and sustainability.

The role is on-site and designed for a student pursuing relevant statistics or data science degrees. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Data Science, or Computer

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent related program with a graduation date of August 2027 or later

Responsibilities

• Learn the SH&E Vision, Strategy and Actions embedded throughout Nutrien and how the SH&E Team adds value to the organization, industry and community
• Develop an understanding of SH&E and the critical connections we have to protection, reputation, investing, compliance and environmental, social, and governance commitments
• Data Analysis - Support the SH&E Leadership Team through application of analysis, software, modelling, and reporting working closely with Information Technology, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Service Requests / Reporting - Taking direction from the SH&E Analytics Team (daily), the SH&E Governance Team (indirectly) and the SH&E Leadership Team (indirectly) answering requests for service, confirmation of data & information, developing presentations and providing service to ensure Business Unit Decision makers are “Data Informed”
