Job summary

Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, dedicated to Feeding the Future. This role supports the SH&E analytics effort through data analysis, modelling, and reporting, working with IT and cross-functional teams to keep business decisions data-informed.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Computer Science with graduation August 2027 or later, based in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities

• Learn the SH&E Vision, Strategy and Actions embedded throughout Nutrien.
• Develop understanding of SH&E connections to protection, reputation and ESG commitments.
• Provide data analysis, modelling and reporting to support the SH&E Leadership Team.
• Handle service requests, confirm data and prepare presentations for data-informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the SH&E Vision, Strategy and Actions embedded throughout Nutrien and how the SH&E Team adds value to the organization, industry and community
• Develop an understanding of SH&E and the critical connections we have to protection, reputation, investing, compliance and environmental, social, and governance commitments
• Data Analysis - Support the SH&E Leadership Team through application of analysis, software, modelling, and reporting working closely with Information Technology, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Service Requests / Reporting - Taking direction from the SH&E Analytics Team (daily), the SH&E Governance Team (indirectly) and the SH&E Leadership Team (indirectly) answering requests for service, confirmation of data & information, developing presentations and providing service to ensure Business Unit Decision makers are "Data Informed"
