Job summary

Veolia is seeking a candidate with an engineering/IT background to analyze and optimize business processes and systems. You will map processes, develop global training materials, and facilitate round tables for continuous improvement, while solving business issues in a collaborative team setting.

The role emphasizes working with customers and leadership across remote locations, leveraging MS Office and Google Workspace to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Compensation:

The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $20.00 - $25.00 CAD.
