Job summary

Veolia Canada is seeking a motivated student for an internship/entry role in Oakville, Ontario, focused on business process optimization and project support within our water treatment initiatives. You will help map processes, develop training materials, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across global teams.

Qualified applicants are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Project Management, Operations Management or related discipline, with strong communicator

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or equivalent related discipline.
  • General engineering or information technology background with competencies in project management, process/product improvement, database management and business process management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Perform analysis and make recommendations for business process and/or system optimizations

Compensation:

  • The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $20.00 - $25.00 CAD.
