Job summary

The University of Waterloo is seeking a Co-op Advisor to support students throughout their co-op journey, from recruitment to graduation. You will build advising relationships, help with resumes, online presence, interview preparation and salary negotiation, and work closely with Account Managers and faculty partners.

• Develop advising relationships centering on student needs and growth.
• Guide students through co-op employment processes, including resume review and interview prep.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, coordinators and faculty to ensure student success.
• Assist with navigation of labour market information and co-op resources.
