An established industry player is seeking a Co-Director of Resident Care and Staff Education Coordinator to ensure optimal resident care and manage nursing services. Under the direction of the Administrator, the Co-Director of Resident Care (RPN) is responsible and accountable for ensuring the provision of optimum care to promote the well-being of each individual resident. Ensures and provides the delivery of nursing services to meet the assessed needs of the residents. Manages and coordinates Home wide programs. As the Staff Education Coordinator at Jarlette Health Services, you will work under the direction of the Director of Resident Care, and will provide leadership for coordinating and meeting the learning and educational needs of the staff at the home. The Staff Education Coordinator will also provide infection and prevention control direction in the implementation of program initiatives and deliverables; developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating infection control programs as well as building capacity internally and externally to detect and manage infection prevention and control (IPAC) issues while serving the needs of residents, families, and colleagues. The role will also ensure delivery of the infection prevention and control education and auditing and will utilize relevant legislation and best practices.
