• Set up and operate multiple CNC production processes.
• Set up and operate robotic loading systems.
• Troubleshoot production/process issues to meet standards.
• Responsible for quality; inspect own work using precision measuring equipment.
• Record data in routers, IMS and production tracking systems.
• Train other operators; may work in other departments or set up machines for others.
• Read and interpret production prints.
• Use computers to access production procedures.
• Maintain 5S and keep areas clean.
