Job summary

Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time CNC Operator in Ontario to set up and run multiple CNC production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple CNC production processes.
• Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
• Inspect own work using precision measuring equipment to assess quality.
• Follow and record data in routers, IMS and production tracking systems.
• Train other operators as needed.
• May set up a machine for others to operate in other departments.
• Read and interpret production prints.
• Access production procedures via computers and maintain 5S housekeeping in all areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required duties.
• Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
