Job summary

F/LIST CANADA is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. You will program CNC tools using provided drawings, optimize machining sequences, and create production documents for CNC operators.

The role requires strong cabinetmaking knowledge and experience with WoodWOP software, plus the ability to read technical drawings. Applicants should be proficient in 3-axis CNC programming (nesting) and have knowledge of 5-axis programming as an asset.

Qualifications

• College diploma or DEP in cabinetmaking, including CNC programming coursework.
• Strong understanding of cabinetmaking and furniture manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with WoodWOP (HOMAG) software.
• Experience programming 3-axis CNC machines, including nesting applications.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC programming (asset).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD drafting software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Bilingual—French/English; strong communication with our head office in Austria.

As part of our team you will...

You’re a good fit if you....

• Possess a college diploma, or DEP in cabinetmaking, including courses in CNC machining programming, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
• Have a strong understanding of cabinetmaking and furniture manufacturing processes
• Demonstrate proficiency with WoodWOP (HOMAG) software.
• Have experience programming 3-axis CNC machines, including nesting applications
• Have experience with 5-axis CNC programming (considered an asset)
• Possess working knowledge of AutoCAD drafting software
• Can read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with a strong understanding of spatial concepts
• Are highly organized and methodical, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute requests
• Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills
• Can perform calculations accurately and efficiently
• Are Bilingual—French/English (spoken/written) - Written and verbal communication skills in English are required, as this role involves regular communication with our head office in Austria
