You will develop programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, Catia), optimize five-axis setups, collaborate with Engineering and Production, and drive quality and efficiency improvements across multiple departments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment (3+ years).
• Aerospace and Defence experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, Catia).
• Ability to read/interpret prints and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of precision machining and manufacturing methods.

Aufgaben

• Develop programs using CAD/CAM software for CNC machine control.
• Determine cost-effective machining processes from part specs.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex parts on multi-axis centers.
• Collaborate with Production on tooling, fixtures, and setups.
• Create operation setup instructions for job transitions.
• Review processes to identify improvements and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Production.
