Job Details

We're seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated, and meticulous CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and refining CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products, and as such, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, focusing primarily on multi-axis milling machines.
  • Translate engineering designs and requirements into a G-code program, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and models to determine the best method of fabrication.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests of the CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
  • Continually monitor and adjust the CNC program as needed to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all CNC programs and modifications.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC programming role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in G-code programming and CAD software is essential.
  • Experience with multi-axis milling machines is required.
  • A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
  • Exceptional technical and mechanical skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology, is preferred.
