Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC MasterCam Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in CNC programming, particularly with MasterCam software. This role involves creating precise CNC programs for milling and lathe machines, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. Candidates should be familiar with Fanuc controls, blueprint reading, and CAD software such as SolidWorks. A solid understanding of manufacturing principles, basic math, and machining techniques is essential to succeed in this position. The CNC MasterCam Programmer will play a critical role in optimizing machining operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and write CNC programs using MasterCam X4 of higher for HAAS CNC vertical milling machines including 5-Axis

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CNC programming with MasterCam X4 and or higher software in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to machining processes, tooling, and equipment setup
  • Familiarity with HAAS control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD files (SolidWorks preferred), and manufacturing specifications
  • Hands‑on experience with CNC milling machines
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, basic math skills for machining calculations, and precision measurement tools such as calipers
