You will set up and operate Mazak or Miyano lathes, read blueprints, and ensure quality through precise measurements.

The position offers steady, long-term work, clean production environments, and competitive hourly pay of $30.00-$34.00.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC lathe experience (setup and/or operation).
• Experience with Mazak, Miyano, or similar CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Comfortable working independently on night shift.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• CNC programming experience (G-code or conversational).
• Experience in high-volume or production machining.
• Previous experience working permanent nights.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring for a well-established Hamilton manufacturer (40+ years in business) specializing in precision production machining — this is NOT a job shop, meaning consistent work, clean processes, and a structured environment.

Wage: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing
