Manufacturingjobsite is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our precision components manufacturing team. You will interpret drawings, set up CNC mills and lathes, and ensure tooling and fixtures are correct for each job.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNC machining experience, strong mechanical skills, and proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Hypermill, and Esprit. On-site work with potential overtime and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating Mills, Lathes, and EDM machines
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam, Hypermill, & Esprit)
