Job description

CNC Machinist Milling or Lathe (Programmer / Set-up / Run)

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines.
• Comply with all AS9100 REV D and ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing and quality standards.
• Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments.
• Follow instructions, regulations, and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean work environment around machines, ensuring safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of tooling and interpreting results from CMM.
• Effective communication skills with managers and team members.
• Motivated to learn and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to cross-train on other machinery is a plus.
• Esprit programming knowledge is an asset.

Additional Requirements

• Basic security clearance.
• Own steel-toe safety shoes.
