Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Lathe and Mill in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skillful use of measuring tools for quality checks.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe and Mill, manage machine control and tool wear offsets.
• Read traveler documents and load materials safely.
• Measure material size and manage raw materials basket.
• Perform machine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Identify broken tooling and replace inserts using proper technique.
• Use measuring tools, hand tools, power & pneumatic tools, and pallet jack.
• Locate inserts, replace tools, and maintain chip conveyors.
• Inspect finished parts against drawings and perform QC checks.
• Handle finished materials and conduct routine shop housekeeping.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and PPE requirements.
