Fidelity Manufacturing in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a full-time CNC Lathe Machinist to program, set up and operate CNC lathes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will interpret drawings, adjust speeds and feeds, select tooling, and perform in-process inspections to ensure tolerance and ISO/AS9100 compliance. CAD/CAM experience with Mastercam or SolidWorks is an asset; a criminal record check and controlled goods screening are required.

Formación

• 2 years experience operating lathes preferred (entry level considered).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate machines to meet tolerances.
• Review drawings to ensure specifications are met.
• Adjust speeds/feeds and tooling for precision.
• Ensure quality and comply with Fidelity standards (ISO/AS9100).
• Prepare maintenance tasks and calibrate tools.
• Use measuring tools for in-process checks.
• Plan time for current and future jobs.
• Ensure materials and tooling are correct for tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety policies.
