Job summary

Kibbi recherche un opérateur/technicien d’usinage dans un atelier de pièces sur commande CN et machines conventionnelles. Le candidat doit maîtriser la lecture de plans, les tolérances et les contrôles dimensionnels avec précision.

Postes permanents, 40 heures/semaine, formation en apprentissage et expérience dans un environnement d’atelier sont requises. Le poste exige autonomie et souci du détail, avec capacité à respecter des délais et à travailler dans un cadre de production rapide.

Qualifications

• 3 années à moins de 5 années d'expérience dans l'usinage.
• Formation et diplômes en usinage CNC et atelier.
• Capacité à lire et interpréter dessins, tolérances et normes.

Responsibilities

• Calculer les dimensions et tolérances des pièces usinées.
• Mesurer et préparer les pièces pour l'assemblage.
• Lire et interpréter dessins et plans techniques.
• Réparer les outils et pièces d'outillage.
• Régler et ajuster les machines-outils et les outils.
• Assembler des composants avec tolérance serrée.
• Maintenir et calibrer les instruments de mesure précis.
• Documenter les écarts et rédiger les rapports d'inspection.
• Vérifier les dimensions des pièces usinées à l'aide d'instruments précis.
• Utiliser machines outils conventionnelles et à CN.

WORK SETTING

TASKS

• Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
• Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
• Repair machine tools and parts
• Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
• Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
