The ideal candidate will have a degree related to electrical or mechanical controls, over 3 years of experience in industrial machinery, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial machinery, CNC systems, or advanced manufacturing.
• Able to manage technical trainings in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong detail orientation with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on CNC router systems.
• Conduct software and hardware demonstrations.
• Deliver training to new and existing customers.
• Engage customers pre-installation for onboarding.
