Job summary

IntegriNurse- Windsor Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated nurse aide to provide daily nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision to support residents according to individualized care plans and promote residents' rights and dignity.

The role requires attention to detail, compassion, and strong teamwork. You will document care and vital signs in the electronic health record and assist with mobility and daily activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting is required.
• Ability to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Knowledge of patient rights, dignity, and individuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Support residents with ADLs, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
• Document ADLs and vital signs in EHR.
• Turn and position residents per care plans.
• Protect resident rights and report incidents or abuse.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with appointments.
