Overview

The Club Floor Attendant provides high-quality service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and ensuring all breakfast tables are clean and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and colleagues at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean and well-stocked according to meal periods.
  • Ensure tables are cleaned and properly set according to standards.
  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet area as per standards.
  • Proactively clear tables and promptly address guest requests.
  • Complete opening and closing duties and cleaning tasks as per side-work checklist.
  • Assist colleagues as needed during shifts.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work long hours if required.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal grooming.
  • Follow hotel standards and regulations for safety and efficiency.
  • Identify and help implement solutions for operational issues.
  • Handle problems proactively and effectively.
  • Understand and apply complex information from various sources.
  • Cross-train in other hotel areas as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Show initiative by anticipating guest and operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
