The City of Dryden is hiring a TERM-Club Crew Attendant for the Golf Course. This part-time role supports daily golf shop operations, greets customers, processes sales, rents carts, books tee times, and runs the beverage cart, including serving alcohol.

The position requires availability through October 2026. Candidates must have a High School diploma, be at least 18, hold a Smart Serve certificate or be able to obtain one, and possess a valid G-class driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma.
  • Must be able to open as early as 6:00am and close the club house as late as 10:00pm.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, planning and organizing skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Smart Serve certificate or the ability to obtain one.
  • Have a valid class “G” driver’s license.
  • The successful applicant will be required to obtain and submit a criminal background check prior to start date.

Location: Golf Course Reports To: Manager of Recreation

Term Position – 30.0 hours per week, the schedule will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Applicant must be available to October 2026.

Hourly Wage: $20.00 per hour with benefits as per the Employment Standards Act.

Job Summary: This position will assist in operating the golf shop by greeting customers, processing sales transactions, managing the rental of golf carts, booking tee times, operating the beverage cart, serving alcohol and perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties in golf shop, locker rooms and restrooms ensuring all areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
