Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and define resource allocation
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning roles, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
• Budget Management : Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and take action
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Maintain Consultant Credibility : Learning Process & Examination
• Organizational Development : Training, Mentoring, Coaching

Job Specific Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience handling enterprise class application
• Familiar with major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM. or any Enterprise Business platforms
• Professional Certifications in Project Management or related certification
• Able to create detailed project plan, budget, strategy and optimum resources management
• Good understanding of project management, risk management and business performance analysis tools
• Good in handling stakeholder expectation and change management
• Excellent of crafting communication, presentation to stakeholder with proper presentation tools

General Requirements :

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English (Business English Level)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage client relationships.
