Canada Life in London, ON, Winnipeg, MB and Toronto, ON is hiring a Business Systems Consultant to guide cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS delivery. You will partner with business and IT teams, analyze requests, and ensure governance through the I&O engineering environment.

The role requires at least 5 years as a systems analyst, experience with Azure, GCP or AWS, and Agile practices. We offer competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, plus education reimbursement and pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a systems analyst.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Experience working in an Agile/Product Model organization.
• Scrum/Agile certifications are an asset.
• Experience in financial industry/insurance is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to internal clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business requests into requirements and technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end intake, assessment and governance for cloud, SaaS, and tech services.
• Document, prioritize and transition requests to fulfillment teams.
• Promote best-practice solutions and continuous improvement.
