Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. seeks an experienced cloud/DevOps leader to design reusable CI/CD pipelines, guide adoption, and evaluate new technologies. You will drive best practices, mentoring teams and coordinating with stakeholders to align on technology directions.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise with Azure OpenShift, GitHub Actions, and multiple programming languages, with a focus on continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant experience.
• Master the concepts, tools and practices related to cloud environments and their impact on development teams.
• Experience in continuous integration, delivery and deployment.
• Apply software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and the Azure cloud platform.
• Use GitHub Actions to automate development and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in Bash, JavaScript and Node.js.
• Knowledge of .NET and Java technologies.
• Use Git in a collaborative software development context.
• Know SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Demonstrate leadership and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Communicate effectively and popularize complex technical concepts.
• Influence teams and stakeholders to adopt industry best practices.
• Be curious, challenge established ways of doing things, and maintain continuous learning.
• Stimulate innovation and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines that can be reused by development teams.
• Support teams in the adoption of the tools and practices developed.
• Organize proofs of concept to evaluate new features and technologies.
• Represent technical leaders, take charge of the resolution of issues raised and follow up with stakeholders.
• Disseminate strategic information regarding new features, service offerings, and obsolete deadlines.
• Act as a technical leader representative to the teams responsible for technology directions.
• Participate in the development of a spirit of collaboration and cohesion among technical leaders.
• Monitor industry best practices and facilitate knowledge-sharing meetings.
