Job summary

InVita Healthcare Technologies is seeking a Platform RUN Engineer to drive continuous deployment of applications and infrastructure on AWS. This remote Canada role requires you to reside in Quebec and collaborate with Platform Engineering and Platform Operations teams to maintain scalable, secure, and observable systems.

You will automate provisioning with IaC, manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, and respond to incidents in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a software engineering related field (or equivalent experience).
In-depth AWS experience running production workloads, migrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using scripts to automate the configuration of services and tools via APIs or SDKs with Python, PowerShell or Bash.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code for provisioning using CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Helm, Pulumi and Terraform.
Experience with build and deployment tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Code Deploy, Ansible).
Experience deploying relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Understanding of the software engineering life cycle including design, architecture, test automation, deployment automation, monitoring and alerting.

Responsibilities
