Job summary

InfoTrack Canada is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure and DevSecOps Engineer to own the end-to-end cloud infrastructure and deployment pipeline for Canada. You will accelerate developer velocity, enable AI prototyping, and provide same-timezone incident response for Canadian operations within the Global IT team.

You'll work with Australia, the US, and Canada squads, owning security posture and infrastructure roadmaps while ensuring compliance and auditable environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps with hands-on GCP experience.
• Hands-on with Terraform or Pulumi for IaC.
• Strong GitHub and GitHub Actions CI/CD experience.
• Experience automating Windows and Linux server management on cloud infra.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB), API gateways like Kong, and networking tools (Istio, VPC).
• Proven ability to work with developers, tech leads, and architects.
• Monitoring/logging exp with Datadog, ElasticSearch, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Lead separation of staging and production environments end-to-end to create stable topology.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce build and deployment times.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code for reproducible environments.
• Provide same-timezone incident response for Canadian systems.
• Stand up on-demand ephemeral environments to support AI prototyping.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and security to align infra decisions with business needs.
• Define and report KPIs: reliability, build performance, deployment frequency, availability.
• Collaborate with global peers to align platforms and standards across regions.
• Own security and compliance posture of the cloud platform and guide future roadmaps.
