Job summary

Vosyn is seeking a Cloud Engineering Intern to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions. You will work with a team to scale infrastructure, monitor performance, and optimize costs while documenting architecture and processes.

This role targets Master’s students in computer science or cloud computing and requires hands-on GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python skills. The internship offers remote work with hybrid options in Toronto, a 3-month duration, and an hourly compensation,

Qualifications

Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and DevOps.
Some understanding of MLOps.
Experience with GCP is preferred (AWS and Azure is acceptable).
Experience in Kubernetes orchestration.
Experience in Terraform scripting.
Proficiency in Python scripting.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Able to work in a collaborative environment.
Passionate about working at a startup.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and services.
Work with Google Cloud Platform to deploy and manage resources.
Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Document cloud architecture and operational procedures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging Cloud, DevOps and MLOps practices.
