The impact you will have: As cloud adoption becomes critical, you will leverage your expertise to guide customers in exploring and adopting AWS Cloud solutions, supporting their transition and transformation efforts using your technical and consultative skills.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with AWS teams to support customer journeys to AWS.
• Bridge communication between sales and customers, sharing insights on AWS solutions.
• Develop approaches to address business challenges, host workshops, and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Challenge customers constructively to align solutions with their outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer and stakeholder experiences through responsive communication.
• Document solutions clearly through detailed statements of work.

What you'll bring:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (mandatory).
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
• Passion for empowering organizations with technology.
• Strong guidance skills to align solutions with business needs.
• Curiosity about new technologies and their business impacts.
• Customer-centric, collaborative, and responsive communication skills.
• Inclusive communication style to make stakeholders feel valued.

Additional skills include expertise in Landing Zone with Control Tower, migrations, app modernization, cloud security, governance, IaaS/PaaS concepts, and DevOps. Formal sales or account management experience and a bachelor’s degree are assets.
