Job summary

Edgewood Health Network Inc. is seeking a Clinician Lead for Sandstone Recovery Centre, an inpatient facility focused on eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns in adolescents and young adults aged 12–24.

The role combines leadership with an active clinical caseload to ensure safe, patient-centered, evidence-informed care. The candidate will collaborate with the Executive Director and multidisciplinary team to support staff development, program quality, and continuity of care,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches including CBT and DBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, consultation, and support to the clinical team.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and provide individual counselling, family support, and group therapy as required.
• Participate in assessment, treatment planning, case reviews, family meetings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care activities.
• Support clinicians in managing complex patient presentations and clinical challenges.
• Promote evidence-informed clinical practices and patient-centered care.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and treatment team on daily clinical priorities.
