ParaMed is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to guide and supervise registered nurses delivering home health care in the community. You will assess, implement, and evaluate clinical interventions to ensure safe, quality care and ethical practice.

Qualifications

  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing RN.
  • Knowledge of community nursing practice and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support RNs to ensure compliant practice.
  • Respond to concerns from staff, patients and families.
  • Lead huddles, meetings, and one-on-ones for ongoing guidance.
  • Initiate patient safety investigations and ensure action plans are followed.
