A leading healthcare company is seeking a Clinical Specialist I to provide strategic support for software implementation in hospitals. The role involves engaging with clinical teams, analyzing workflows, and ensuring successful adoption of Timeless Medical products. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in the clinical field, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. Extensive travel is required.
Job Summary:
Your employment duties will consist of a Clinical Specialist I as required by the Company and listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader.
The Clinical Specialist I will engage our customers on the frontline, they will assist the team in understanding customer requirements and workflows to build the solution they need. This includes cataloguing and documenting system and work processes and in order to discover functional needs for the integration of Timeless Medical products. The Clinical Specialist I will travel to hospitals to provide direct customer support throughout the implementation process.
