Job Responsibilities
- Promote Indivior’s Opioid Addiction products, focusing on building value‑based relationships with key stakeholders in Psychiatry
- Achieve specific sales objectives within assigned cycles and manage a large territory with approximately 50% travel
- Deliver clinical product presentations and drive appropriate utilization of Indivior products in the field
- Contribute insights to the company’s strategic business planning process to support sales goals
- Collaborate with the Indivior Canada team to execute territory‑specific initiatives while adhering to compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or a health‑related field
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and business acumen
- Experience in addiction treatment and/or psychiatry is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a history of building influential customer relationships
- Ability to understand and navigate a scientifically complex therapeutic area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience organizing and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively in sensitive environments
- Highly organized self‑starter capable of working autonomously
