Location/Division Specific Information: This sales role is based in the vibrant city of Toronto, ON, Canada, and will involve regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

A Day in the Life:

Education:

  • Registered Medical Laboratory (MLT) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with appropriate major required. MSc or PhD is an asset.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a clinical or sales environment. Laboratory technician experience strongly preferred (experience with workflows pertaining to Anatomical Pathology, Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities in relation to growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work from a home space.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Must be able to travel to the US.
