Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to drive site recruitment and education across trials. You will build site-specific plans, educate staff, and collaborate with referral networks to optimize enrollment.

Significant travel is expected to support multiple sites and ensure consistent messaging. The role requires a health sciences background, 2–3 years in clinical trials, and immunology experience; dermatology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health sciences; required.
• 2–3 years of clinical trials experience; required.
• 1 year immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead or similar.

• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.

• Conduct recruitment educational sessions and share best practices across sites.


• Maintain accurate records in internal reporting systems and manage


• Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Health sciences


• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working in clinical trials


• 1 year of immunology experience; preferred dermatology


• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison like role


• Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.


• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation.


• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (appx 60% but must be able to travel as study needs demand)


• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.


• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a \"can-do\" attitude.
