Job summary

The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced Clinical and Service Innovation Lead to anchor our HOMEBASE Backbone Team. This role provides clinical leadership to a network of HOMEBASE hubs, fostering a Mental Health & Addictions community of practice and ensuring a core services framework is implemented province‑wide.

You will lead evaluation, quality assurance, and evidence‑informed practice, while guiding partners in youth‑centred service delivery and program innovation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field and relevant licensure.
• Minimum five years of progressively senior leadership and administrative experience.
• Experience leading clinical innovation and service delivery for youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and reflective supervision to clinicians and providers.
• Support development of assessment, triage, risk ID, and care planning across IYS sites.
• Build relationships with government, health partners, and community agencies.
• Act as liaison between IYS sites and system partners for alignment with priorities.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines and tools to ensure consistency.
• Assist sites in navigating health and social services for youth and families.
• Identify gaps and coordinate system‑level responses with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across hubs to improve delivery.
