Job summary

The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced Clinical and Service Innovation Lead to join our HOMEBASE Backbone Team. You will provide clinical leadership to a network of HOMEBASE hubs and foster a Mental Health & Addictions community of practice among sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related clinical discipline, plus 5+ years of senior clinical leadership experience.
• Experience leading clinical innovation and service delivery frameworks for youth/young adults.
• Professional body membership QUALIFICATIONS are required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and reflective supervision to clinicians and service providers.
• Strengthen clinical assessment, triage, risk identification, and care planning across IYS sites.
• Build relationships with government, health system partners, and community agencies to support integrated service delivery.
• Liaise between IYS sites and system partners to align with provincial priorities and health system expectations.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines and practices to promote consistent, evidence-informed care across sites.
• Support youth/family navigation of health and social services to improve access and continuity of care.
• Identify gaps and system challenges and work with partners on coordinated responses.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across sites for continuous improvement.
• Lead budget, resources, and project management within the network.
