Job summary

Traferox Technologies, Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Marketing Communications Associate to support planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. You will coordinate activities, develop content, manage digital channels, and deliver high-quality materials across platforms.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, support product launches, coordinate events, and maintain brand consistency in all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in marketing communications, content, or a related field, ideally in medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated, technical industry.
• Strong writer and editor who can translate complex clinical or scientific material into clear, credible copy.
• Comfort working with subject-matter experts and adapting drafts through iterative review.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate marketing communications, including digital content, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing collateral.
• Create, edit, and maintain marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, conferences, and other events.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals to ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and consistent with branding.
• Help manage marketing assets, content calendars, and project timelines to support the timely delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including website, email, and social media analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and support commercial objectives.
• Maintain conference calendar and support conference attendance.
