Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join Madill's Drugs in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. You will deliver clinical services, administer vaccines, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
Injection certification is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
Administer vaccines and immunizations
Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
