Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and manage medication therapy.
• Administer injections and vaccines, renew prescriptions, optimize drug therapies.
• Oversee dispensing processes ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate transitions of care.
